Artichoke/Spinach Dip in Bread Bowl Ingredients: 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and chopped 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained 1 minced clove garlic 1 c. grated parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise Directions: Mix up—bake or microwave until hot—20-30 minutes in 350F oven. Garnish/serving ideas: Diced tomatoes over the top. Serve the dip in a bread bowl. To make the bread bowl, buy a round loaf; use a knife to remove the inside in the shape of a bowl. Place bread bowl with dip inside in the center of platter with the removed bread pieces around it, or use crackers instead.
