Creamed Corn Casserole 1 15 oz can creamed corn 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1/2 cup sugar Mix it all together in a 13 x 9 dish, Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Do not over cook. Field Note from Helen - Made this last night - I cut the butter up into several small pieces and spread it throughout the batter. It worked OK.
