Meetings

We usually meet the 4th Friday of the month at 7.15 p.m. The dates for the next meetings you can see on the calendarpage*. The location for each meeting will be posted in the secure area. For further notice please contact our presidents.

Second Edition

At Second Edition some members meet once a month at the Gussy Goose to work on Guild projects or on their own projects. A great time to get away and sew with fellow quilters! Also, if you need advice on any projects, believe me, these ladies can help you out.

If you are not an ID-Cardholder, you need someone to sign you on or you must be on the guildlist, which is at the gate from 9 a.m.

Third Edition

We even have a THIRD Edition!!! It's usually the 3rd Thursday of the month (2 p.m.) at Birgit Klein's shop PatchCom, which is in Schönaich, Karlstr. 22.

The (Baltimore) Beauties

In February 2004 a group of women took a class to learn all the techniques needed to make a legendary Baltimore Quilt. This class, which took until July 2004, was the beginning of a monthly group-meeting. The meetings still take place every 3rd Friday of the month, starting at 9 a.m in the rooms of the German-American-Centre (DAZ), Charlottenstraße 55, Stuttgart (near the VVS-Station "Charlottenplatz"). You're invited to come to the meetings and become a "Beauta". You don't need to be a member of the DAZ or of the BFQ, to join this group. Just bring your hand sewing project with you!
